Vegan Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookies

These cookies are a take on the famous Doubletree Chocolate Chip cookies. They’re baked at a low temperature to allow for larger cookies, and depending on how long you leave them in the oven, the bottom becomes a bit like a toffee crunch.
