How do you decide what to eat? Do you check in with yourself and ask your body what it’s hungry for? Yes, literally, do you ask “what am I really hungry for? What does my body need?”
Today I asked my body what it needs, and got a resounding answer:
“roasted vegetables!” So I headed off to the market to fill my sack with loads of goodies to pop in the oven and roast. Snacking on the carrots and brussels so far… making my taste buds happy and my gut content and comforted. It’s so easy and so delicious! A little olive oil, salt, pepper and BAM!
